Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Executive Chairman’s Secretariat. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of managing complex administrative tasks and providing high-level support to the Executive Chairman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the Secretariat.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Chairman, including managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing critical documents.
- Anticipate and proactively address the Chairman’s needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, ensuring optimal performance and development.
