Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Care: Provide medical care and treatment to employees, including first aid, wound care, and medication administration.
- Health Assessments: Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Injury Management: Manage work-related injuries, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Health Promotion: Promote health and wellness among employees, including health education and prevention programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with site management, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective health and safety practices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
- Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies, providing timely and effective care.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in occupational health, emergency nursing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Occupational Health Nursing, First Aid, CPR) an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, including wound care, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
