Performance Monitoring & Improvement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track implementation of performance recommendations and actual performance of assigned targets.
  2. Monitor improvements in KPIs post-implementation.
  3. Support development of performance intervention strategies.
  4. Facilitate performance feedback loop with business units.
  5. Maintain performance action trackers and escalate deviations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Sc. in Business Admin, Economics, or related field;
  • 2-4 yrs experience in performance tracking;
  • Detail-oriented with good coordination skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset.
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
