The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Conduct market research, analyzing industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals, building relationships and opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth.
- Prepare and present reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and business development progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business development principles, including sales, marketing, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., sales, marketing, business development) are an advantage.
