Job Summary
The Head of Corporate Service is a Senior Executive Management role with responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the organization’s internal support functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of managing complex administrative tasks and providing high-level support to the Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall organizational strategy and translate it into operational plans for the organization.
- Oversee budgets, and financial reports, and ensure financial compliance across all departments.
- Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to all departments (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Admin, Procurement).
- Ensure interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
- Monitor departmental performance against established goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans for all departments.
- Monitor progress towards strategic goals and report to the CEO.
