Job Summary
- As a Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for managing and providing support in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Administer the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and goal setting.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR-related matters.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational needs.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Perform other task as assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
