Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of draft letters, memos, reports and other form of correspondences
- Edit and update promotional materials and publications (brochures, videos, social media contents and posts reviews etc.)
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, media and general public
- Analyzing community relation issues and participating in community engagement/content activities
- Seek opportunities for advertisements to promote company’s business interests
- Implementation of social media platforms and corporate websites
- Review and analysis of media publications for management attention/action
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends in relations with company’s business interest
- Contributing to analysis of policy inputs by the department
- Maintain a keen understanding of trends affecting client companies and communities, and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Helping implement corporate relations projects and strategies
- Participating in programs and activities organized by CSOs/NGOs and providing useful feedback to company accordingly.
- Prepare and submit proposals, reviews, memos and PR reports
- To support filing and documentation within the Corporate Relations Department
- To discharge other responsibilities to be assigned by the Head of Corporate Relations Department.
Competencies/ Requirements / Qualifications
- BSc degree in Public Relations, International Relations, Communication or related field.
- 2-3 years Proven work experience in Corporate Relations Role
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
